The hotel accepts the following credit-cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. Maestro, VISA Electron and MasterCard Electron are accepted in connection with a personal identification number (PIN).
The Czech Republic's currency is the Czech Crown (CZK). Payment is accepted in cash at the hotel reception in CZK and EUR, or in CZK by credit card. The exchange rate used will be advised by the Czech National Bank on the day of arrival. Change is given in local currency only (CZK).
For currency conversion, the exchange rate submitted by the Czech National Bank increased by 2% shall be applied.
A new Money Exchange Machine has just been installed in the hotel premises.
Small dogs allowed with the permission of the General Manager, a room recovery fee of €50.00 will be charged at the end of the stay. Pets are not allowed to entry in the Mezzo restaurant, Panorama Café and wellness & fitness centre Top Deck. In public areas pets need to be kept on a leash.
Safety & Security
All room types featured on the Panorama Hotel Prague website are fitted with double locks, eye-hole, electronic key-card locks, fire resistant doors and walls, sprinklers, smoke detectors and safety deposit boxes. Fire emergency evacuation drills take place on a regular basis, in cooperation with the public emergency services.
Smoking is not permitted in the whole hotel (rooms and common areas included).
Tap water in the hotel is safe to drink. Bottled water is available in each room under the surcharge.
Prague has a temperate continental climate. The seasons are usually well defined, with July and August the hottest months (28-30° C, 82-86° F) and December and January the coldest, when temperatures may fall to -15°C or 5°F. The Czech Republic is located in the GMT 1 (CET) time zone and use winter and summer time. Last Sunday of March time moves one hour ahead GMT (CEST). Summer time lasts until last Sunday of October when time moves one hour back again (CET) to winter time. Week starts on Monday and 24 hour clock is generally used. Citizens of the EU are permitted to stay in the Czech Republic for an unlimited period. U.S. and Canadian citizens can stay visa-free for up to 90 days.
