Refreshing summer promotion for booking with meetings

Summer approaches and the Panorama Hotel Prague has prepared some refreshing summer promotion for booking with meetings.

Rates for accommodation:

  • June: 76/86 EUR (single/double occupancy) for a Business room. Rate includes buffet breakfast, excludes 15% VAT.
  • July and August: 72/82 EUR (single/double occupancy) for a Business room. Rate includes buffet breakvast, excludes 15% VAT.

The above mentioned rates are applicable for groups with meetings with a minimum of 20 rooms per night. Rates are commissionable at 10% on net rates (exclusive of VAT).

Meeting rooms and Daily Delegate Rate:

  • For any confirmed groups with above specified minimum number of guest rooms, the meeting room will be provided free of charge.
  • We would like to announce also a special price for the Daily Delegate Rates; 55 EUR for Full Day Daily Delegate Rate and 40 EUR for Half Day Delegate Rate.

Terms & Conditions:

  • This special offer is valid for any new bookings with the group's arrival between 1st June and 2nd September 2013. It is not applicable for meetings only. The minimum number of guest room is 20 per night.
  • This offer is subject to change, based on availability. The hotel reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any moment without any further notice. This offer is not combinable with any other special offer. This offer must be mentioned at the time of booking and must be outlined in the hotel sales contract.

1 of 5 - Your 5th delegate goes free

For every fifth delegate attending a meeting, the accommodation and daily delegate package is free up to a maximum of 20 rooms and 20 daily delegate rates.

Terms & Conditions:
  • This special offer is valid for meeting bookings with the minimum number of 40 delegate. It is not applicable for accommodation only events and outside the main meeting dates. Pre-post nights are not included in this special promo.
  • This offer is valid for new meetings booked and confirmed between 1st February and 31st December 2013 and held by 31st January 2014 (exceptions applied).
  • The total number of "1 of 5" special packages is to be calculated based on final production once the total event is paid. The reduction is not applicable for self-payers. The offer doues not include AV elements, gratuities or incidental charge. Blackout dates and high period may apply
