October - Make room for mushrooms


In autumn our bountiful forests are full of wild mushrooms, ready to be picked by the foragers that wander through the forest on a crisp morning. The chef will be at the market first thing in the morning to make sure he gets the best of this autumn treasure, then off to the kitchen to pop them into a pan sizzling with butter, garlic & herbs. Of course, this is just one of the many ways you will be able to experience mushrooms this month in our restaurant. Spiced with locally sourced ingredients like cranberries, blackberries & spices, surely a treat not to be missed.
